Architectural Laminated Glass "Hercules A"

Using the new technology-derived "Hercules acrylic resin" as an interlayer.

The architectural laminated glass "Hercules A" uses "Hercules acrylic resin," which is derived from new technology for its interlayer. It is a new type of laminated glass that offers high weather resistance and significant energy-saving effects, allowing for the production of eco-glass. The base clear version has higher transparency compared to standard film laminated glass and cuts over 99% of ultraviolet rays, preventing discoloration and deterioration of indoor furnishings. The color variations are theoretically infinite, enabling the realization of a wide range of colors desired by architectural designers. For more details, please download the catalog.

Architectural Laminated Glass "Hercules A SC Series"

It reflects and absorbs heat rays in the intermediate membrane, significantly contributing to the suppression of indoor temperature rise.

The architectural laminated glass "Hercules A SC Series" uses a new technology called "Hercules Acrylic Resin" as the interlayer, allowing for the production of eco-glass that is highly weather-resistant and has significant energy-saving effects. The SC Series features high solar cut performance, reflecting and absorbing heat rays through the interlayer, which greatly helps to suppress indoor temperature increases. It can cut approximately 30 percent of solar energy in the infrared range, significantly reducing cooling loads. For more details, please download the catalog.

Architectural Laminated Glass "Hercules A SR Series"

Reflecting and absorbing the heat rays with the intermediate membrane, while efficiently reflecting sunlight with TS40.

The architectural laminated glass "Hercules A SR Series" uses a new technology called "Hercules Acrylic Resin" as the interlayer, allowing for the production of eco-glass with high weather resistance and significant energy-saving effects. The SR Series features products with solar reflectance performance, reflecting and absorbing heat rays through the interlayer, and reflecting approximately 12 percent of sunlight with TS40, resulting in greater heat insulation effects. It can cut solar energy in the infrared range by about 50 percent, enabling a further significant reduction in cooling load compared to SC glass. For more details, please download the catalog.

Architectural Laminated Glass "Hercules A"

Using the "Hercules acrylic resin" developed from new technology as an interlayer.

The architectural laminated glass "Hercules A" uses "Hercules acrylic resin," which is derived from new technology for its interlayer. It is a new type of laminated glass that can produce eco-glass with high weather resistance and significant energy-saving effects. In a weather resistance performance test, conducted for 3000 hours using the Suga testing machine and Sunshine Weather Meter (repeated ultraviolet irradiation and warm water spraying), it recorded a measurement value of -E (color difference) of 1.2%, indicating that it is a highly weather-resistant laminated glass.
